my left knee hurt alot! things are diffcult if your old injury came back to life!

let me explain what happen..

some of you might know that i'm a very careless person. i fall down a flight of stairs 3 years back causing my back to be in a very bad state and my left side of my body numb. everytime when my back hurt, my knee hurt. so, it's vice verse.

nowadays, i can't get stuck in an air-conditioned room because when it's cold, my knee hurt.
now, it's raining and my knee hurts too. it's not that i don't want to go for treatment, it's just that my back ache only come back maybe 2 times a year?so i don't want to waste my money going for therapy or massages.
