yesterday i made my way to the hospital again for another appointment for my braces.
i took the long way there by taking the bus from dover all the way to kent ridge wings 2(usually i stop at the main building. but since i'm one hour early, i stop there and walk)

i took the lift down to the first floor(but it seems like a basement to me) and walk to the main building. in the lift itself, i was stun by the fact how a mom try to drill too much knowledge for her son. omg! imagine this, a kid who is about 5 years old was force to read readers digest which have very heavy content! there was a doctor in the lift too, so ended up me and him looking at each other and smile.

let's talk about this, i start readin readers digest when i'm in secondary 3 or 4(i can't remember) and it is use to be part of reading material for me for that whole entire month. and i would be bored to the core reading contents in it. for a 15 or 16 years old, reading that is like hell but i think for that mom, it's like a pleasure..

my goodness! i was shocked and just look at the boy.
when i reached the first floor then, the doctor who is in the same lift as me came out of it and walk beside me and say "what's with parents nowadays? i don't get them"

geesh, i don't know either.

(p/s: school starting soon....)
